**Exploring Passive Income as a Digital Nomad: A Medical Librarian’s Experiment**

As a medical librarian with a passion for research, I’ve often found myself diving deep into databases, searching for the tiniest, most obscure details to support my colleagues. But recently, I've been curious about a different kind of research — one that explores the world of digital nomadism and passive income.

With the rising cost of living and a desire for more flexibility, creating multiple streams of passive income has become a popular goal. However, many people struggle to figure out what works and what doesn’t in this fast-paced, ever-changing landscape. That’s where my librarian skills come in.

**The Experiment Begins**

I’m building a site designed to test the waters — an evolving sandbox where I can identify optimal keywords, trending topics, and profitable niches. This isn’t just about the dollars and cents; it’s about learning what attracts clicks, engages readers, and keeps the digital momentum flowing.

Why a site? Well, it’s the perfect platform for running small experiments. I can track everything from search engine performance to audience engagement, and even dabble in odd facts and lesser-known trivia to see what captures attention. Think of it as a real-time digital laboratory for testing passive income ideas.

**Skills in Play**

As a medical librarian, I already have a unique set of skills that translate surprisingly well to this venture:

* **Research Mastery**: Finding optimal keywords, analyzing trends, and spotting gaps in content.

* **Critical Analysis**: Evaluating data to refine strategies based on what works and what doesn’t.

* **Information Organization**: Structuring content for clarity, accessibility, and SEO.

**Next Steps**

Over the coming weeks, I’ll be exploring tools like Google Trends, keyword analyzers, and niche-specific research to shape this site. I’m also testing out different content styles, from concise blog posts to long-form deep dives, to see what resonates best.

Follow along if you’re curious about the blend of library science and digital entrepreneurship. I’ll be sharing my insights, odd discoveries, and lessons learned as I build this project from scratch.

Stay tuned for updates, and feel free to share your own experiments in the comments!
